Pros: - friendly neighbors -older building so the walls are thick and you hardly if ever hear your neighbors -maintenance guys are cool, as long as you treat them nicely they’ll help you out with no hesitation -leasing office has had its up and downs but the ladies running the show now have been super nice - location couldn’t be better, can’t beat walking out your back door to the Katy trail and 2 minutes to the ice house - cheap rent Cons: - older building means the appliances and carpet are pretty dated but never really had issues - if you’re in one of the middle apartments you don’t have the greatest view First decent sized apartment complex I’ve lived in and to my surprise there were very few headaches over my 3 years living here, felt like I owed them a good review for running a respectable place to live at!Read More about

Posted On: 9/5/2023I’m tired of seeing everyone complain. I have lived here for two years and for the price it can’t be beat. Considering apartments... across the street start at almost double the price it is a great deal. The building is obviously older and outdated but that’s why it’s cheaper than the surrounding area. The maintenance team is great, pool is beautiful, direct trail access is the absolute best. I used to bartend and get home at 3/4am and never had any weird experiences in the parking garage even at scarier hours. They just replaced the hallway carpet and continue to make attempts to spruce it up. This complex is far from perfect but people need to realize you get what you pay for.Read More about

Villas at Katy Trail
Recently rented an apartment at the Villas at Katy Trail with my partner. Everything was so beautiful that we felt like we... were at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. The complex could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurant parks, and walking trails. It offered amenities that most complexes do not. Yvonne, our leasing agent, was amazing. She was professional from beginning to the end and made the process easy. Answering all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a few setbacks, but nothing Yvonne could not turn around. The total outcome was an excellent 5 star experience. The front office staff handles all of your needs when you need them taken care. The maintenance guys, Juan Montes and others were especially helpful throughout my time at The Villas. They worked harder than most during the freezes to make sure all the residents were comfortable during that time. Covered/gated parking is always a plus as well.
