Posted On: 8/25/2021I've only recently moved to The Villas, but I have had a remarkable experience thus far. I came and toured before I moved... in and Zach presented the apartment to me. He answered every question I had and gave me great direction as to how I could make the move here smooth. The process of moving was so seamless and even though I forgot a few things, Dajai made a number of last minute calls for me in order to let my roommates and myself move in on time. From there, everything has been smooth sailing. We've had a few things to request from the maintenance team and every time, Juan and his team always respond timely and fix all of our problems. I am so appreciative for them. Zach and Dajai have been so great even after moving in. They check on us and ask how things are going with our new home and welcome us every time we stop by the office. With any problem we face, they are always happy to assist us in determining the right solution. Lyn in the office is also outstanding. She is unbelievably organized and efficient. All three of them have been great to have as a team that serves us here at the Villas. They make this place a home and a community.Read More about

Posted On: 12/1/2020I have lived here for 2 years in a 3 bedroom unit and I have loved it. All apartments come with their own issues, but I've... never felt unsafe and I have never had any major issues with maintenance/repairs. Pros: This complex is walking distance to so much, it is AMAZING. You have direct access to Katy Trail. You can walk to West Village. You can walk to McKinney Avenue and State Thomas. The pool is great. SO MANY places in Dallas have their pools in the center of the complex, losing sun midday. We have sun all day until it sets. The demographic is young (20's-30's) and for the most part, everyone is friendly. There are sometimes parties that can be noisy, but usually on the weekends and I've never been bothered to the point of complaining. My unit was cute and felt like home. It was two floors so the noise was never a problem. The office has always been polite, helpful, and responsive. And especially during the pandemic and stay at home months, they gave renters who have been laid off a small bit of rent relief, which was very kind. My few cons are: the fire alarms do go off often (but what apartment in Dallas doesn't have that issue?), the gym is very tiny, and the parking garage is pretty crammed, leading to door dings and scratches I've loved feeling like I'm living the city (while being just outside of it) and I'm very thankful for my 2 years at The Villas!Read More about

There is always great communication between the tenants and the staff. The apartment is perfectly located on the Katy Trail. The only downside is probably the apartment/faculty is older which could be updated. But you can’t beat this location and price! Would highly recommend living here.Read More about

Because of living in the area since 2003 and used to observing the beautiful pool and grounds from many trips on the Katy Trail I always thought I might live here in the future. The pool location is set to get the best and longest sun in the area. The office staff and the great maintenance guys Juan and Jesus are very caring and the best! The property is extremely dog friendly and offers 4 exquisitely groomed courtyards to walk your dog in safely. You cannot beat the location next to the IceHouse and Nick & Sam’s, the closets and closet space newer apartments don’t offer, and the reasonable rental rates for the area and size of the apartments. I am very glad I chose to make the Villas my residence after visiting the property twice. I highly recommend it!!!Read More about

We literally are on the Katy Trail and have a pool area that is next to it. I've been living here for a year now and I've been liking the place more because if the attentiveness of the staff. Juan from maintenance has helped me to fix some stuff at my apartment, he is very friendly person and thoughtful. He gives me advice on how to use certain appliances, and if there are some problems with it, how to fix them myself. She showed me around the apartment complex and dedicated a good chunk of her time to help us out. She showed us and talked about all of the amenities and even gave us suggestions on the best places to go to in the uptown area. We have not leased an apartment yet but her customer service definitely tops others and I recommend her to anyone!Read More about
